Shipping Questions
We ship to most countries internationally.
However, we do not ship to the following countries due to a historically high rate of missing packages:
- Egypt
- Saudi Arabia
For tablet covers, shipping typically takes 8-10 business days for the United States, Canada, Europe, and Australia. For the rest of the world, it will usually take 15-23 business days. Tracking is only available for expedited shipping.
For mousepads, shipping typically takes upwards of a month. Keypad shipping time drastically varies depending on location and method, but an estimate is available when you checkout. Tracking is available for all mousepad orders.
Keypad shipping varies depending on shipping method. Most of the time, tracking is available.
A batch order is when shipment of orders ship out together after a certain amount, while an on-demand order is made within 5 business days after you place the order.
Batch orders happen usually around once a month, less if demand is low. Join our Discord for more info on when batch orders open!
For tablet covers, there is tracking included in our standard shipping to the United States. For other locations, tracking is still available with our rush shipping. When you check out, there will be an option for tracked, expedited shipping. Keep in mind expedited shipping will cost more than standard shipping, and may vary depending on your location.
For mousepads, free tracking is available. For keypads, free tracking is available most of the time, but may be unavailable for some locations.
First, make sure your order has actually shipped. You should have received an email notifying you if it has. If you’re not sure, feel free to join our Discord and we can help you there.
For tablet covers, estimated standard shipping time is 8 to 10 business days for US, Canada, Europe, and Australia, 15 to 23 business days for other locations.
For mousepads, estimated standard shipping time is 3 to 4 weeks for US, Canada, Europe, and Australia, 4 to 5 weeks for other locations. For expedited shipping, it takes 1.5 to 3 weeks on average.
If it’s past the estimated arrival date for your product and country and your order still hasn’t arrived, check with your local post office. Your shipment may be misplaced or may need to be picked up, so see if they can help you.

Tablet Cover Questions
Yes. Choose the ‘Other’ option for tablet model at checkout and type in your custom measurements. Although we may have the dimensions for your tablet model, it is recommended you include your own measurements just to be sure. Please note that the printer cuts at about 1/8″ precision.
The amount of covers you get on a single page depend on your tablet size. For smaller tablets such as the Huion H420 and the Wacom CTL480, two sheets can fit on a single page. For larger tablets, one page may only be able to fit a single cover.
Although each page is 8.5×11 inches, it is recommended to leave some space between covers. If you have space left over, you can get stickers instead to fill the space at no extra cost, but you need to specify when you checkout.
Typically, the higher the better, but for tablet covers, the image should be a minimum of 1280×720 pixels. You can try using sites like waifu2x to upscale images without losing quality.
3mil for matte and glossy covers, 6mil for semi-gloss. 1mil is a thousandth of an inch.
If any residue is left over from removing a previous cover (though there should be little to none), it can be easily removed with rubbing alcohol.
It varies depending on your use. If you drag, there may be discoloring or holes if you order a matte cover, depending on how hard you drag. It is recommended you use a glossy or semi-gloss cover, as they have an extra layer of protection.
For tablet covers, we cannot print images we deem as obscene due to laws described in section 163 of the Canadian Criminal Code, RSC 1985, c C-46.
Mousepad Questions
Typically, the higher the better, but for mousepads, the image should be a minimum of 1920×960 pixels (2:1 aspect ratio). You can try using sites like waifu2x to upscale images without losing quality.
For a light cleaning, you can wipe it with a wet cloth and let it dry. For a deeper clean, hand wash in lukewarm water using hand soap or dish soap and let it dry.
Do NOT use a washing machine/dryer, detergent, or hot water to wash your mousepad. Doing so could cause damage to the mousepad.
For mousepads, yes, within reason.
Air it out or wash it (steps above), it is a new rubber smell.
In general, the mousepad is resistant to liquids. Depending on the liquid, you should wash the mousepad as soon as possible to avoid stains. Check above for steps to wash your mousepad.
